Your chosen display name, selected learning language, and dictionary language preference.
Text files, EPUB files, and audio files you import into the App are stored on our servers so you can access them across sessions. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and use any content. We do not review or screen imported content.
Reading progress, saved vocabulary, flashcard review history, translation history, and daily activity data. This data is the core of the service and is necessary to provide it.
When you tap a word or phrase for translation, that text is sent to DeepL or Google Translate APIs to generate the translation. We do not store your translation requests beyond what is cached in your word list.
If you use the audio import feature, your audio file is sent to Groq's Whisper API for transcription. The transcribed text is then stored in your account. Audio files count toward your storage limit and are deleted when you remove the import or delete your account.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple (via the App Store). We receive your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled) via RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Device type, operating system version, and app version, collected automatically to ensure compatibility and fix bugs. We do not use persistent advertising identifiers.
